Microsoft has made a $44.6 billion unsolicited takeover bid for Yahoo. Yahoo turned down a takeover offer last year, but says it is "carefully and promptly" studying Microsoft's offer.

2. Offer $50 Billion
3. Walk away and let them rot
Yahoo cannot turn down such a premium, since their company has been rotting.
