Baking

I was thinking of doing a web site on baking. It's one of my hobbies and it is a great stress reliever. I would cover topics such as bare necessities, quick recipes, cookies and cakes that my friends all love (and request) when we get together. Bare necessities would be the kitchen tools that are almost always needed and quick recipes would have recipes that require minimum effort, time and baking items. Cookies and cakes are a lot more general, with different types of each that I have made.
